Our environmentally-friendly devices SCAT® and SCAT REXCIT® are the outcome of twenty years’ development, testing and application at dozens of installations in various types of industries.

SCAT® and SCAT REXCIT® are hydraulic flow modules which consists inlet and outlet sections, ionising and polarising chamber, regulation electronics and power supply. The device can be equipped with a sediment discharge outlet and air bleeding orifice for capturing various substances, air, gas and liquids of different specific gravity. The connection may be flange-mounted or threaded.

The patented methodology of our devices ensures the treatment of supramolecular structure of water, as well as other liquid and gaseous media at three levels – physical, chemical and energetic.

The gist of the technology is to achieve intra- and intermolecular changes in energy and forces in two stages.

SCAT®

First phase

Stage 1 – SCAT® is designed for the primary treatment of the medium. The chemical and physical properties of the treated medium are modified as required and the medium is ready for subsequent treatment by the SCAT REXCIT® device.

SCAT REXCIT®

Second phase

Stage 2 – SCAT REXCIT® is designed to increase the medium’s heat capacity. The modified state of atoms is achieved by manipulating quantum particles, which results in excitation followed by the release of surplus energy that can be subsequently utilised.

The SCAT® and SCAT REXCIT® devices are designed and manufactured to suit the needs of your particular technology and the required source of heating/cooling. It will be tailored to the size and specific requirements of your technology. The pipelines are modified as necessary at the designated places to allow the installation of the devices which are fully automatic and suitable for autonomous around-the-clock operations.
